Messages
 - Messages are information units so highly ordered that their content cannot be
misunderstood.  What you say and what people hear can be very different.
People often hear only what they want to hear.  Many people are not
 hard-of-hearing but hard-of- listening.
A message is a highly ordered arrangement of information.  Because it is
highly ordered, the likelihood of parts being altered is minimized.
Information is the orderly connection of facts or any type of defined item.
